La Campagne Tropicana in Ikegun, Ibeju-Lekki, is Nigeria's most awarded private beach resort. It sits on a rare geographic freak: a freshwater lagoon that runs parallel to the Atlantic, separated by only a hundred metres of palm forest. Guests can swim in the lagoon in the morning, cross a wooden bridge and body-surf in the ocean by afternoon.
