Full commercial gyms
Radisson Blu Anchorage runs the best hotel gym in the corridor — full Life Fitness range, free weights up to 40kg, and it's open 24 hours with a key card. Lakowe Lakes has a country-club gym with the only functional squat rack I’ve found attached to a hotel on the peninsula, plus a spin studio. The Wheatbaker in Ikoyi is smaller but has newer equipment and never gets crowded because most guests are there for work.
Eko Hotel's gym is large but the equipment is tired and half the treadmills usually have a hand-written 'out of service' note. Fitness Central next door is a better option for Eko guests — day pass ₦8,000, proper facility, and a five-minute walk. Ask before booking whether the gym is 24 hours; many Lekki hotels close theirs at 10pm.
Small hotel gyms that punch above their weight
Lopez Hotel and Maison Fahrenheit both have one-room gyms with two treadmills, a functional trainer and enough dumbbells to get through a real session. Bature Brewery's guest gym is tiny but shares access with a nearby CrossFit box for a small fee. The George has a Peloton and not much else, which is either perfect or useless depending on you.
Anywhere advertising a 'fitness centre' with no photo will be one elliptical, one bench, and a rubber floor. If lifting matters to you, get a day pass at i-Fitness on Admiralty Way (₦5,000) or Hardcore Fitness in Chevron. Both are better than 90% of hotel gyms and have chalk, straps, and staff who know what a deadlift is.

Do Lekki hotel gyms have personal trainers?+
Radisson, Lakowe and Eko have in-house trainers bookable at reception (₦15,000-₦25,000 per session). Others will call an external trainer for you.
Is gym access included in the room rate?+
Yes at every hotel listed here. Only Eko charges extra for the spa's pool area if you want to swim after.
