1) The upper deck at Refuge Bar on Admiralty Way at sunset — 360 degrees over Phase 1, the lagoon on one side and the Atlantic haze on the other. 2) Cactus Restaurant terrace, also Phase 1 — a lower angle but a longer light in the evening. 3) The Lekki-Ikoyi Link Bridge at 6pm, walking the pedestrian lane — the Ikoyi skyline lights up while the sun drops behind Falomo. 4) Landmark Beach at sunset, specifically from the wooden pier — the Atlantic doesn’t hand you many free sunsets in Lagos.
Refuge takes it because the elevation is real — most Lekki rooftops are two floors up and blocked by billboards. Refuge sits high enough to see over the neighbourhood. The Link Bridge is free, safe to walk (in the marked lane), and one of the only places in Lagos where you can experience the city on foot at scale. Go on a weekday to avoid the joggers.

5) The Radisson Blu Anchorage rooftop pool bar (technically Victoria Island, but 10 minutes from Phase 1) — day passes around ₦25,000. 6) The Conservation Centre canopy walk platform — not a skyline view but a genuine forest one, and the only elevated green view in the city. 7) The top of Circle Mall's parking deck, Jakande, at dusk — a workaday view but wide, west-facing, and completely free.
Avoid the rooftops advertised on Instagram that turn out to be second-floor terraces with a view of the AC compressor next door. Any Lekki venue that markets its view but won’t show you the actual sightline in photos doesn’t have one. And don’t waste time on Eko Atlantic beach for the view — the seawall is impressive up close but flat in every direction.

45 minutes before sunset — check the day's exact time, but plan to be seated with a drink by then, not stuck in Admiralty traffic.
Any views worth seeing at night?+
The Link Bridge lit up from the Ikoyi side is the best free night view. Refuge's rooftop is the best paid one.
